Baked plum and nectarine crumble

Ingredients
Filling
½ cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
6 ripe plums ( sliced )
¼ cup fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup hot water
6 ripe nectarines ( sliced )
Streusel
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅔ cup light brown sugar
½ cup whole wheat flour
6 tablespoons cold butter-oil blend

Directions
The Streusel:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Begin by soaking the raisins in hot water for 15 minutes in a bowl before draining. Combine the flour, sugars, flour, lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange juice, and lemon juice, in a large mixing bowl. Combine the plums and nectarines in a bowl. Fill a 9 by 13-inch glass baking dish halfway with fruit. Cook for 15 minutes, covered with foil.
2. Combine the oats, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon zest, in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the butter. Make clumps of the streusel and sprinkle it over the fruit. 30 minutes in the oven, or until the fruit is tender and the topping is golden. Allow for 30 minutes of cooling before serving.
Enjoy it cold or warm.
