Ingredients
2 1/2cups(590ml)fresh Orange Juice ( 7 strained oranges )
1/2 cup (100 g) Sugar
1/8teaspoon(0.62ml) Kosher Salt
1/4 cup (60 ml) warm Water
Directions
Mix the sugar and water. To dissolve the sugar, mix everything add the orange juice and salt and mix well. Taste for sweetness and adjust with more sugar as needed (it should be a touch too sweet as it will lose sweetness after freezing.)
Fill moulds with ice pop juice and insert sticks. Freeze for 4 hours, or until completely solidified.
Remove from the mould before serving Enjoy!
TIP
-Run warm water around the mould if necessary to help it release, also If you're using wooden ice pop sticks, soak them in warm water for an hour before making pops (helps keep them from floating up when inserted into moulds.)
-To ensure that these delicious treats stay good for more than just one day in summer's warmer weather, we recommend freezing them within one week of making them. This will help preserve their flavour despite the warm weather!
